I think we all know the “Old Spice” commercials, or even the ones from the Super Bowl. It is true that commercials can hold our attention, but sometimes I use my Auto Hop feature now that it was added a few days ago, and I can skip commercials with the touch of a button. It only works on PrimeTime Anytime shows after 1AM EST, but I usually watch my shows a few days later anyway. I do respect the detail that goes into the commercials though; heck, one of my Dish co-workers was showing me a commercial on YouTube the other day for Snickers. The Abe and Betty commercials were always my favorite.

I love this infographic. What a great way to share this insight. Well done. Going Viral is an amazing feeling, but can often appear elusive and capricious.
There are so many variables including the audience and the zeitgeist of that particular period in time. You have however supplied some excellent steps to achieving viral success.

For me, I like the group buying/daily deal purchases of items that I would typically not splurge on, like a nice massage, manicures, pedicures, etc. I can understand something for a product like clothing or shoes that one may tend to stick to what they are comfortable with. Many group buying and daily deal websites besides groupon and living social are out there, especially on niche market type items. You can look to see what is happening in your area by checking out our group deal and daily deal directory – http://www.dailydealsites.co. And if you do decide to go the daily deal route – get your site listed for free at our directory as well!

Great information on the industry! It makes sense that there is such loyalty to Toyota despite their recent troubles. They have spent years building up the brand's profile for reliability and economy. It's kind of like Tiger Woods! You almost feel sorry for them. But it is great to see Hyudai making in-roads by RANKING highest in customer satisfaction. They have had a great product for years and it's awesome to see they are finally being recognized for it.
